Shipping Policy:
We are pleased to offer a flat rate 2-day shipping & handling fee of $5.99 for any purchase less than $78.00 within the U.S., and offer FREE SHIPPING for any order over $78.00, within the U.S.
We fulfill orders placed before 1pm PST the same business day, otherwise they will be processed and shipped the following business day. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays.
Damage due to freight or shipping:
All product shipments are inspected carefully before leaving our facility. Upon delivery please check your purchase to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Any claim for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please contact our customer service department and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. We do not offer returns; however, if for any reason you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase and/or it was damaged in shipping, please reach out to our Customer Service department who will be happy to help resolve the issue.
